MY GOOD, can't believe it's been 2 years already.. We wrote about this WONDERFUL night/morning at PASSA PASSA, march 2009, earlier and you can find that post below...

Look what I found.. Over one year later :) From our first trip to Jamrock.

In the back we have the "Dance for Grace" movie crew which was there to make the movie, dancer Damien "Gana Gana", Not Nice, Maestro, Alex & Blaze... And a bottle of Kush :)
Before we got to Passa Passa we went to our first Weddi Weddi... It turned out to be the best wenseday we've ever had on Jamaica so far, even if u compare to 2010.

FREAKING ENOYING finnish dudes (sorry but u were) Ok not all of u but one guys was *sorry 4 the language...*shitfaced drunk and kept bumpin into us and we couldnt talk any sense into him. We just thought aight, he's gonna get in trouble @ Azylum (TheBuilding) and the worst thing was, they thought he was with us. Wasn't like we we're hanging out with him but they were standing behind us and white people together, well who wouldn't believe we were in the same clique. BUT NO, SWEDISH FAM is nooooot finnish AIT!!

After Azylum we didn't know where to go, so we chilled a little outside with Bird n co.
There wasn't any weekly parties that we knew of, but talked to some people and then we headed for Bugle's place. Di jungle!! We we're feeling the vibe and Alex saw somebody's bike and jumped up on it. She even got Bird to take some photos, after that we had a photo session *lol* :D

Just takin it easy all day, made us quite tired but we went out anyways and it turned out to be a good night even though many people stayed at home. Probably bcuz of the crazy night before, (weddy, passa passa, mumzell, street team). I mean even if the dancers ova dere party all the time, they also need to take a break. Well some of them atleast.. Exhausted or not, u ain't got time to sleep when ur in Jamaica, nto if ur the Swedish Fam!

After a looooong night we fell asleep in the couch outside...
Hade hört att Conray undervisade i dans i stan så vi drog dit och jamade lite... House, Vouge, Breaking, we went through the whole list of dances. Even did some weights :)
Then we stopped by Little Tokyo for some food and good company... Learning the squad some swedish, they caught on QUICK! Shady were being SHADY :) AND if u understand swedish u have to be 18 and over, because of the faul language (sorry bout that we were extremely tired and this might be the result of to little sleep :/) Viewers discretion is advised.
As always we went out.. First we went to Kno Limit.
And then to pure where we were having a good time with Ovamarz & Above A Dem :)
Eftersom vi hade firat i 24 timmar sov vi ut dagen efter (betyder att vi sov ungefär 4-5 timmar i streck, helt oroligt när man är på Jamaica). Mike och Mellz drog och jobbade medan vi andra drog till marknaden i Downtown. Det blev a whole lot of shopping, tror vi handlade 10 par solglasögon och ni skulle bara sett hur vi prutade. Tro ALDRIG att ni kan lura oss just bcuz we ain't born in Jamaica!
Efter en lunchpaus på KFC shoppade vi det sista och drog snabbt hem när det blev mörkt. Känns inte så nice att vandra omkring i Downtown själva i mörkret, är inte så safe heller. Sen blev det utgång as ususal.. Limelight with friends. Flaunting the rides :)

24 hours of 2 birthdays celebration :) Part 2 [Hellshire, beachparty, come into my room]

Vi fortsatte firandet med en dag på stranden, varsin massage till födelsedagbarnen och nyfångad hummer :) We continued the celebration with massages on the beach for the birthday children, topped with fresh lobsters just caught from the sea :) One of the performers on the beach, trying to make some money of the tourists. Och när mörkret tagit över blev det beachparty.. SJÄLVKLART :) Varje söndag på Hellshire. And when the darkness came it was time for a Hellshire beach party!!
Birthday ladies Niki & the good dancer dude we can't remember the name of, so we call him Digicel :) Frens from last year :) Miguel, Steph & Dane (Black Blingaz). Here is where the camera died.. Some took a quick (!) swim others sat in a police car (why? cuz people almost got arrested) and we had CRAAAZY fun :)
Efter en lång powernap i bilen vad vi döda men kämpade vidare... 24 timmar senare avslutade vi firandet med en fest på ett tak i Portmore, där vi också för första gången fick höra en av de sexigaste låtarna som någonsin gjorts. Come into my room - Mavado ft Stacious spelades med pull up efter pull up i 10 minuter och tröttnade vi.. NEEEJ! MAAD! Vilket födelsedagspresent det var :D
We were still dead after a long powernap in the car but as u know in Jamaica u either go gard or go home. 24 hours later we finished off the celebration at a party on a roof in Portmore, where we also, for the first time, heard one of the seeexiest tunes ever.. You guys already know which one i'm talking about, Come into my room - Mavado ft Stacious. Pull up, after pull up, after pull up during 10 minutes mi tell yuh... And did we get tired, NOOOO! MAAAD, what a birthday gift that was!!

We started a little early to celebrate but since we had 2 birthdays to celebrate we had to go extra hard :) Starting off with a visit @ our favourite spot, Limelight.

Suddenly we saw a girl dancing toootally off beat in the videolight and we we're like WTF!! C'mon she can't be that off? The DJ was screaaamin WHIIIIITE GIRL DANCE. Errr, then we got it, she was immitating the white girls who can't dance. Our first reaction was, should we be offended? Then we were like HELL NO hahahaha and we started laughin. Cuz first off all of us can dance and second of all we do make fun of people who cant dance sometimes too. And the girls dancin it was Kartoon. She bad wi tell yu!
Then we wanted to go to BOGLE's MEMORIAL but the god damn police shut it down. WE got so mad but everybody decided to go to one of the biggest parties in Jamaica instead... Firearmer, in Tivoli Gardens.
But OFCOURSE we got pulled over on the way...
Seriously, in di car back, the two tallest of us, crammed up while getting harrased by the cops, for over 20 minutes!! PLUS they already shut off Bogles Memorial, DONT THEY HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO WITH THEIR TIME?

When we finally came to Firearmer it was about 7.30 in the morning but the vibe was GOOOD. Alooot of people and the sun started to fry us like freakin chicken... But everything still gwaaan. Then we meet Docta & Move Dem Up Squad.. So acutally we had 3 birthdays to celebrate.. Docta Bird aswell, capricorns all of us :) N when they played Birthday Sex pon di speakers (which was like 10 meters high, 6 m wide and located in every corner of the yaard) we were jammin!

BOGLE International Dancehall Choreographer - All dem deh... See di key deh, lock dem up now. Vilken känsla det va att stå på gatan utanför Bogle aka Mr Wackys hus på en gatufest i Jungle.. Sjukt egentligen! Vi var ju tvugna att ta bilder på hans memorial painting på muren. Som ni ser hade han klätt upp sig lite till vår ära med en keps och ett par solglajjor ;) Tänk om man hade fått träffa honom innan han blev mördad :O Det hade ju varit som o träffa MJ himself, för Bogle är Kungen av dancehall!
Viben i jungle va nice trots att vi kom dit ganska sent, men som sagt folket GOES HARD därborta, oavsett tid på dygnet, they party eveeeryday! Daggarin on di cartop, Move Dem Up Squad, Dr Bird, Kool Kid, Boysie och självklart di Swedish fam.. Doin sum skip skip skip 2 ma lu :) Innan vi åkte till jungle tog vi en sväng förbi KnoLimit som stängdes av och därefter blev de TheBuilding (Azylum). Att hitta en tjej som är längre än JacQie MED klackar, det händer typ aldrig, så vi var ju tvugna att ta kort på det BILDBEVIS! Här har ni det:

WHERE FRESH FRIDAYS USED 2 B, utomhus på taket, varje fredag, de va nice! Förutom den gången dem stängde tidigt pga gun shootings. Det var menat att vi skulle komma sent till festen den dan, tur eller ödet?
Sen har det hänt fler gånger and if we remember dis correctly one guy was killed so dey shot di whole ting down. Will probably never be di same again, även om festen Fresh Fridays nu hålls på Azylum, oh my bad, Di Building (de har bytt namn) men det är inte samma sak... Not compared to dis. I guess u'll nevah kno.
Vi gjorde faktiskt lite annat kul på Jamaica, dagtid :) Drog bland annat och badade i en av sötvattenkällorna uppe i bergen. It was wuuunderbaart :) Tills Steph blev busig...
Steph är en sneaky bastard som lyckades sno JacQies bikiniöverdel när hon stod och filmade, fråga inte hur, she just did.. O va gör hon sen?
Day 2 ah JAMAICA - Swedish Fam, Above A Dem, Shady Squad & alot of dancing!
We party EEEVEERYYYDAY (som Chi Ching säger) och självklart alot of dancing! Med hela gänget på plats drog vi ut och dansade. Shady Squad och Above A Dem va på plats och gjorde kvällen ännu bättre. Här kommer lite bilder och klipp, dock med dålig kvalitet för att det var såå mörkt, men hoppas att ni catchar viben ändå.
First off - SHADY SQUAD - killarna e grymma och göra sin egen grej. Det crew som dansar sina kominationer med galen musikalitet.. Fångar beats som man inte ens lagt märke till, tills man ser att dem dansar till dem, de e NICE! Dem e ett allsidigt crew som inte bara dansar dancehall och när dem gör sin grej.. Ahh look for urself. Killin it!
Last BUT NOT LEAST!! ABOVE A DEM! I detta klipp är inte hela gänget med men förmodligen de tyngsta dansarna i crewet (...? decide 4 urself) - Ovamarz, Peanut och Sir Yummy. Allihop var tidigare med i Ravers Clavers men har nu lämnat dem för att göra sin egen grej tillsammans men några andra bl.a. Pelpa och Mundo (oxå tidigare med i Ravers). Här behöver vi inte ens säga nånting klippet talar för sig själv, men vi gör det ändå... DERAS FLOW OCH KÄNSLA, MURDA! MUUUUUUURDA SA VI! Btw de e Ovamarz som gjort Nuh Bahavia, om ni inte redan visste det. Look out for inna di clip!

Det blev Uptown Mondays som warm up och ofourse HOT MONDAYs (which is the best party of dem all if u ask us) på limelight, som har varit vårat andra hem på Jamaica sådär 5 ggr i veckan. Bettie Boop, JacQie JacQ n Melpo Mellz (gör reklam för festen Di Relay Sports Party) Parts of di Swedish Fam - Damion visited us, Sara, Melpo & Mike Och självklart måste vi avsluta med 2 sköna klipp... Ravers och Fatty British (we belive she's called) kör lite dagga session o hon ger folket svar på tal. And one of our fav dancers, as u already know Popeye Caution (som för första gången inte hade en okej outfit, läderbyxor är ALDRIG okej sa vi, hör du det, aldrig igen Popeye!!) dansar med Ravers och självklar en gaaalen favorit till som vi inte kan glömma DR BIRD [Move Dem Up Squad] och hans nya dans MOVE - which is MASHING UP DI PLACE... right now, it's MAAAAD!!!! Gyallis haarder, gyal ova gun!
Efter 15 timmar pa ATLs flygplats kandes det som om vantan i 2,5 timmar (pa skjuts fran flygplatsen) var latt som en platt. Eller vad sager du Bettson? Yes, hon haller med :)
Och nu ar vi i JAMROCK people. Man har inte riktigt fattat att man ar tillbaka, kanns mest naturligt, nastan som att komma hem fast annu battre. Det slog en lite nar vi akte in over Kingston i planet, shit vi ar har igen liksom.. Men bara nastan! Det kommer val sjunka in sen nar vi star dar pa festen ikvall bland allt folk n all the dancers och hor dancehallmusiken blasta pa hogsta volym. OOOUUUUHH!
Efter lite nodvandig shopping av mat och hushalls artiklar sa har vi nu atit och powernapat. Snart ska vi borja gora oss i ordning for kvallen och som ni kanske vet sa kommer den inte att avslutas tidigt utan snarare vid 7 pa morgonkvisten. HYPEN man kanner nu assa.. OJ OJ OJ!
Anyways hoppas att ni har det bra dar hemma i minus grader & n lots of snow bland alla deprimerade svenskar ;)
BTW, SAKNAR INTE KYLAN ETT DUGG!!! Moahahaha....
